Here are three mindfulness meditations of mine to help you connect to yourself, to nature, and downregulate your nervous system
Breathing tree
This 11 minute meditation uses a body scan, conscious breathing and visualisation of a tree to help you feel calm and grounded.
Sun and clouds
This 22 minute is designed to help you move through difficult or heavy emotions, by remembering that the sun is always shining above the clouds.
